COVID-19 Message

We at The Thread Shop at Sony Music and Musictoday hope that you, your family, friends and associates remain healthy. We are taking all precautions possible to maintain a healthy working environment for our employees and to continue serving our clients and customers to the best of our ability.

We've increased hygienic procedures and policies at our fulfillment center to help keep our employees healthy and to reduce the likelihood of contracting COVID-19 or any virus, including:

  • If an employee is sick, they will stay home.
  • All client visits will be halted unless absolutely necessary.
  • If an employee has a family member or person at home who is sick, they should monitor themselves closely.
  • All employees must wash their hands for at least 20 seconds at each washing.
  • Employees are asked to use hand sanitizer provided as often as possible.
  • Employees are asked to not shake hands, fist bump, or touch others in any manner, greeting or otherwise.
  • Employees will use disinfecting wipes provided to sanitize their own work area and merchandise storage.

Our staff are doing their best to ensure in-demand merchandise, as well as everyday favorites remain available to you. The Thread Shop at Sony Music and Musictoday are in touch daily to ensure we stay well-informed of all relevant matters, and can swiftly and appropriately respond to any concerns that arise.

As new information becomes available, The Thread Shop at Sony Music and Musictoday continue to plan for the worst scenario while we hope for the best. We will continue to monitor the situation, review recommendations from health professionals, and enact additional policies and procedures as necessary.
